DEFEAT MEGA AGENTS? Author is shipping thousands of free copies

FLETCHER: But I want to make the point that the emails continue to pour in, the stories about this podcast, people listening to it from agents continue to pour in and so I want to read some of that feedback in a minute. But I believe that we are, we are on the verge of something special here of an awakening of sorts. Because for most agents for the longest time they have been saying, “I don’t want to be like every other agent.” Meaning I don’t want to prospect, it’s not who I am, it doesn’t resonate with the core of my character, I don’t want a beg family and friends, I want to stand on my own two feet. I don’t want to be treated like dirt, I don’t want to behave as a telemarketer, I do want to have to overcome objections, I don’t want to have to convince people of my self-worth, of my knowledge, of my expertise, I just want to be respected. And this is the majority of agents out there but nobody speaking to them.

And so for the longest time these agents who have felt this way because they don’t want to demean themselves in the way that the guru party says that they have to demean themselves in order to be successful, they’ve had nowhere to turn. If you’re looking for books and you go to Amazon on real estate success, you find sales books. If you go to the coaching industry and it doesn’t matter where you look, you find sales trainers.

And then of course you have the guru party, these are the people that are the hybrids, the marketers and the sales trainers and they preach direct response, they preach copywriting and they preach differentiation, telling stories, the importance of crafting a message. But if anyone of these things backed up and sat on their face, they wouldn’t recognize it. And so you do have these agents and never have they had a place to turn until now, this podcast.
