A Twelve-Month Experiment on the Most Important Word
In Real Estate – Could It Be The Most Powerful Marketing Message
On Earth?

Disclaimer: I cringe when I look back at the production quality of these videos. These are some of the first videos I ever shot, I’m extremely self-conscious just watching them. But, as a student myself who studies other marketers, I love to compare the early work of one marketer to their later work. It is a lesson in and of itself. It also let’s you know they’re human, as it demonstrates how they have grown. Not just in their skills and abilities, or in this case, comfort-level of being on camera, but in their thought-process too. For these reasons, I resisted re-shooting this video series. They are raw and rough. Cheaply produced and on a shoestring budget. But the message contained in each video has proven to be powerful beyond anything I ever imagined.

mega-agents-bookBefore I learned how to target via Ideology “People buy what you believe,” I grew my real estate business (2,100% in 12 months – from $8,200 to $182,000) using occupational niche marketing. This niche ad is an example of how I did that. You could also target teachers, nurses, military, police officers or firemen, as you’ll see in Chapter 1 of my book, including copies of those additional ads.

I set out to explore the most powerful marketing message on earth.

Nothing is more frustrating than being rejected or ignored by those you know you could help.

Nothing is more humiliating, than appearing small and insignificant, because you must beg for referrals and chase people to do business with you.

Nothing is more hurtful, than not being able to provide for you family, wife, kids, husband, or others that depend on you, because you couldn’t secure a client for your services.

What if there was a fix?

What if this “fix” was just one word?

And what if this one word was the most powerful marketing & positioning message on Earth?

This is the question I set out to answer.
